Still the one, Cheap insurance. System lifesaver!
The Isobar Ultra saved my system. Metal rules! Was running it ahead of a UPS with voltage regulation protecting a Dell System. Must have been a really bad transient The $50 Isobar sacrificed itself for a brand new $4,000 Dell System. I knew Tripp Lite's reputation from back in my ham radio days and from electrical engineers. I'll take Tripp Lite anytime.

Good value for price
This is a good product suited for computers and printers or HDTVs with home Theatre sound. It is sturdy and made of metal. I did not use it for HD TV and Home Theatre. ( perhaps I may later). I used it for a high end tube amplifier and high end CD. It is great for the CD as it noticeably filtered out all the high frequency RFI and EMI noise. However, although it eliminated all the high frequency noise of the amp., the sound-stage was narrower and overall darker. So in the end I used the Tripplite no-filter bar for the amp.
