Works well after 2 weeks. I like tinkling with older PCs, as a hobby. I dealt with this unit a few years back, and they were stable units. I have so many components around my shop that upgrading it will be cinch. Definitely recommend a memory upgrade, which those buying these type of machines should have laying around. |

everything will work in the PC, if that sparks you can get a brand new power supply for it. trust me, that is if you want to get out your monies worth. I had to do that with one refurb PC I got and it is golden now, of course the guy laughed and said 4th of july fireworks. These are still great products though. |

I received this computer and took it out of the box and plugged it in and it immediately sparked and smelled smokey and then wouldn't work at all. They did let me return it so now now sure about the refurbished computers! |

Purchased two units. one to run as a testing server, and the other for my family to communicate with relatives through webcam. Is there anything cheaper that comes with XP out there?!? TD has always provided good support too. Really good deal. |

It seems the folks below don't know anyting about technology. This desktop has 256MB memory, and is meant to be used for certain purposes. I have 25 desktops setup in different labs, for account inquiries and research purposes. The desktops accomplish what they are setup for nicely. Bought two more for my young son and father. They work great. If you just want the cheapest desktop without knowing what you're getting, then who's fault is that... |

Off-Lease
ACCEPTABLE QUALITY
The term “Off-Lease” refers to merchandise that has been leased to, and used by, a customer, then returned to the leasing agent at the end of the lease period
(typically 2 to 3 years). Upon receiving the merchandise at the end of the lease period, the leasing agent or a third-party, inspects, repairs, cleans and re-packages the merchandise, then offers it for sale as “Off-Lease.” There are several “grades” or Quality designations for such equipment, such as A, B, C, etc. We ONLY PURCHASE Grade A equipment and CAREFULLY inspect every shipment to insure that ONLY the best quality equipment is offered for sale.
On these items, you will usually see minor signs of use, including minor
scratches, slight wear on keyboards, etc. This is a great way to save
money on a working unit if minor wear is not a concern - for example: to an
industrial or educational user, or for a young student.
