Good for the price
I just got tired of paying for satelite and finally pulled that plug. I do wish there were a few more free channel that carried my favorite channels. But netflix and hulu plus do have many of them. the roku box itself has been wonderful

Most-satisfying money I've spent in a long time
I bought this refurbished unit just as an experiment. My TV and Blu Ray have streaming features but the interruptions, slow streaming and overall hassle made it impossible to enjoy streaming content. I thought my cable speed was to blame. Turns out, it was my hardware that was causing the problem. This $70 Roku player works nearly flawlessly. Best money I have spent in a long time. The quality is the same as watching a DVD. The wife and I watched all 9 episodes of ''Wallander'' from NF over a weekend. Only once did the Roku stop streaming correctly... and that was corrected almost immediately. I have it feeding through the wireless connection (N speed). Wired worked the same.

No more cable bill!
There are a lot of channels to choose from. Very easy to set up and use. It is nice being able to watch programs whenever you want, and the best thing is no more paying for a bunch of overpriced channels that you never watch. The only problem so far is the USB port doesn't work.

bought this after disappointing performace of Netg
Had lots of trouble with Netgear Neo, bought this after reading reviews. Roku is soooo much better in performace, smooth operation and features.

This is my 3rd Roku and I need another one. I feel the cable companies are not liking these very much because they can not compete with the price.

I have the Roku 3 & I hate it!!!
I just purchased the Roku 3 and I am so disappointed. I can't get HBO Go because you have to order it from your cable provider & hope that they are on the list with Roku. Comcast isn't on the list. You can't watch a Disney movie or cartoon on the Disney station. You can only watch trailer's or 1 or 2 minute bits of a cartoon and then there is an advertisement!! My grandchildren were so annoyed that they had me turn Disney off!! It works fine for Netflix, Hulu, Crackle and Vudu.

Credit Card Needed
Bought this for my mom to watch Netflix. Did not like having to provide credit card info even though she was not going to purchase or rent anything other then Netflix.

A Must have!!!
Super great quality. Already put over 60 channels on my favorites list with thousands of FREE movies. Bought 3 units now with one in each room and one in my office so I can stream movies all day long in my waiting room. For $69 you CAN'T go wrong! Tons of the kind of movies I love...even old TV shows. Too much to even mention in this review. No more DISH network here!!! Thanks ROKU!

Great Product
I bought 2 for my children's rooms since we don't have cable or dish. They love them. They can watch all of their favorite shows on netflix or crackle and Disney. Great deal. Device was easy to install and I haven't had any problems.
