nothing special. works but I barely use
It works but it's very hard to find free movies and you have to let it buffer for about 10 minutes before you begin to watch a movie.

Good product at an adequate price
I needed a means of streaming netflix movies to my tv. Roku does it very aptly. I don't know how it compares to similar devices. Roku is good at what it does. Would definitely recommend it to a friend!

Love it, mostly
Just moved in, wanted some television, so we ordered the Roku and subscribed to Netflix. We now have a great list of show to watch, and love it. However; Every Time I plug in and use the HDMI cables, the audio drops out. I either need to re-boot the Roku or use the AV (480dpi) cable, or both. My Roku XD, does not work as discribed.

Good one
bought the refurbished Roku XD at $59.99, but after couple of days realized that Roku XS refurbished is also available at the same price, bad luck. Didn't want to go through the pain of sending the device back etc. Anyway, regarding the product, it was like a new one, worked flawlessly. Only thing was batteries were open and might have been used previously by someone else.
