Excellent value, service
I've bought 5 of these now for non-profit organizations. Some of the units were only about six months old. One had a bight smudge on the screen (?did someone poke too hard with a finger??). A no-hassle RMA and replacement took care of that. IIRC, one battery was good, the rest were in excellent condition. Highly recommended.
