good deal
Overall a very nice laptop. The lower points I have given possibly derived from Windows 8 and not from the computer itself. Still too slow for my taste and the speakers on the back do not create for me that promissed dolby advanced audio experience but a too week volume overall! I had been seeking help before buying and was told from several advisors that i5 would be fast enough for multitasking: but it is surely too slow for me. Otherwise real nice computer and if you like Windows8 it is worth it.

I like it . . .
I like the very thin body and all the features on my Acer. I'm a bit disappointed that the battery charge doesn't last the 5 hours stated in the article ''write up'' about the laptop.

Acer Aspire V5-571P-6642 bloatware free is great!
When the machine arrived it was full of bloatware. After cleaning ALL of the junk off, including McAfee, it took off like lighting. I bought it for Christmas for my wife. She is very pleased and is learning the touchscreen very quickly. Great machine and I highly recommend it.

Best Deal Around
Performing well. Love the touch display. Biggest touch display I found. Love the full key board.Wish it had a little SSD for the operating system. The downer is the battery which is performing far below my expectations. Only get about 3 hours before I am out of charge. Expect more from a 4 cell lithium. My wifes toshiba gets about 8 hours per charge.
