I am loving it!
Every computer system I have bought has always been at 'end of sales life cycle' because that was what I could afford. I finally had enough money to get a system I really wanted. I got a Barebones kit with this mobo, an AMD A10 APU, PSU, 8gb RAM, DVD RW, and a really nice case with three extra fans. I added a 180gb SSD as my boot drive. God, I love it! Sometimes the system is so responsive it seems like it is done before I can lift my finger off of the mouse key. I love how many USB 3.0 ports I have. I have filled all seven SATA ports, and put in an old Syba IDE card so I could get some data off of an old IDE drive I had and could use my Liteon Lightscribe DVD RW. I have used up every power plug on the PSU except for a couple of those square 4-pin mobo ones, and had to add a couple of SATA power splitters to get everything connected. One hint, make sure you plug the drive you are going to use as your system drive into SATA port 0.

This system is GREAT!
It's nice to have a system that is flexible enough to start out with basic parts on the low end, and be able to build to something more later on. It's flexible enough for any budget. Make sue you buy a case with plenty of FAN SPACE & PLENTY of FANS. My only complaint would be that they do not provide you with fan recommendations, or specific recommendation on fan placement. This MoBo comes with software to allow you to control all your fan speeds. When I first started using my new system for basic processing, I would get a CPE overheating warning. I opened up the software and increased the fans speeds. and have not had th warning since. NOTE: Fans must be attached to the MoBo fan spots to allow recognition and control.

Great but
I had to exchange the first one because it was DOA. The second one worked great and so far so good.

Great Mobo
This motherboard has all the features I wanted. The documentation was adequate making it easy to assemble everything. I love the UEFI BIOS. It makes overclocking ridiculously easy. I haven't run any benchmarks, but I'm extremely happy with it paired with an A10-5800K. When I can't use the built-in graphics for gaming anymore I'll pop in a standalone video card and keep on trucking.

Bucket List Buildout
Looked at this board for a few months and then found it in a bare bone kit. It was paired with the A5800K chip. I found the documentation that came with the board to be complete and made the slamming together stage a kick. It has been in operation for about a week and it is just great. It overclocks when it needs to , it lays back when it can. It sounds like a wind-tunnel and that presented a challenge at first since I do voice work. I got it positioned behind a barrier with access and it keeps it from making ground noise in my open mic projects.

Multiple aspects
Great board now but first had to be replaced due to a short. Downsides is it's not compatible with much ram, for example the ram that came in the barebones kit I bought with this. Another aspect is currently the socket works only with apu's but hey they are reasonably priced so I use mine as an cpu exclusively.

Very pleased, great motherboard
I am very pleased with this MB. It was part of a bare bones package and I've always been a fan of Asus so I didn't hesitate getting this. It supports everything I need, has plenty of USB ports, on-board video (it'll be used in a business environment so I am fine with the on-board), a GUI BIOS interface or advanced mode if you want it, and 6 6gb SATA ports. I would buy another one (and probably will) without hesitation. It did take two attempts to load the video drivers but that's not a big deal. I threw in 8gb of RAM and Win7 performs very well.

Quality one can count on
Regret not getting the DDR3 1866 as deal on 1600 was hard to pass up. Manual easy to follow and Asus software was easy to use. Identify all fans, set speed, OC processor manually or use their auto settings. No problemo here.

Good Mobo but lacks 3TB Boot-drive support
I just built a SWEET Media Center PC with this mobo but when I tried to use a 3TB 7200 rpm SATA HDD as my boot drive - it wouldnt recognize the HDD as being a 3TB HDD & only sees it as a 2TB HDD. I hope this doesnt mean this mobo cant use 3TB HDDs as that it what I was planning on upgrading my HDDs to.

Speed ready
This board has plenty of fast connections, from SATA III to USB 3.0, not to mention support for DDR3 1866 MHz RAM. And if heat is an issue, it has four fan controllers on the board. Working great for me.
