We ordered the phone and were so excited about the speedy delivery. But our excitement was short lived as the phone's screen cracked while in the pants pocket just 2 after we received it. Such a disappointment!!! :(

For the most part this phone has everything I could want. The only issue I have with this phone is that the call log doesn't time stamp the calls. Aside from that this phone is very durable, I have dropped it on carpet, tile, and pavement, it just keeps going. As for the Jabra, I haven't used it in a call yet but I did use it to try out the music player and it sounded fine.

Phone came to me with a defective battery cover - had to go to the manufacturer for a new one (sent free). This phone has an EXTREMELY annoying button on the right side that cannot be disabled which keeps asking for voice commands whenever it's bumped. Otherwise, it's a very good phone as a replacement for the RAZR which (sadly) gave up on me.
Great deal and works very well.

I live in Costa Rica where cell phones are very costly. This cell phone works better here than most of the cell phones sold here that cost more than twice. Everything works as expected for a product made by Motorola. Reception range here is better than most other cells phones here except for the very, very costly ones. Great phone for a great price.

1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet.
