The shipment of this product came with in two days, got it hooked it up and away she went, very fast compared the computer it replaced. Bought this for my mom as a christmas gift, she loves it. Thanks Tigerdirect. |

Had trouble the moment i hooked it up. Pluged my printer in, did't work. Connects to the internet when it feels like it. Not any better than the pc it replaced. If i had known it could mot be returned i would not have purchased it. |

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my daughter. I did open it up and make sure all parts worked and was very happy with the results. It's faster than I thought it would be and a higher quality than I imagined it would be. I'm glad that I was able to watch my budget and get a quality product!

great computer it will do all that is needed and is able to play your kids video's games. for this price i would buy it for the holidays. |
