Exceptional paper handling — The C5500n has a standard paper capacity of 400 sheets: a 300- sheet paper tray plus built-in 100-sheet multipurpose tray for labels, envelopes,transparencies, and card stock up to 110 lb. Use it to print everything from 3" x 5" cards to banner-size sheets up to 8.5" x 47.24" in length. The more sheets a printer holds means fewer user interventions, so the C5500n can further increase your productivity: its paper capacity expands to 930 sheets with an optional 530- sheet 2nd tray.

I had a Minolta that malfunctioned and the price to fix was $700.00. I of course gave it to the repair people. This one is equal in every way and I love the speed and print quality so much I ordered a second one for a spare. If this one breaks, I will throw it away and use the other one. Too costly to fix lazer printers but for the price it can be replaced. I may buy another one. |

I own a lexmark optra sc1275 and it was great while it lasted. So, knowing how the laser lexmark performed only logical that i'll purchase another. Unfortunately, the one from Office Depot wouldn't work w my system not dated and the tech dept. couldn't fix it after 5hrs. I stumble across this model and being loving it ever since. The color is bright and the speed it incomparable to all the high end models that you'll end of spending more for and wouldn't give you that professional print. trust me well worth the bucks.. |

Big and heavy, but does card stock which can be manually duplexed in it's straight-through paper path. Beautiful colors, correctly rendered. The LED technology creates a somewhat shiny image compared to regular color laser printers. Full set of cartridges included, and can be found for about $130 for the full set of four online (they can be replaced individually though). |

This is a VERY BIG and heavy (66 lbs.) printer. That being said; The first one I received was not functioning properly. Called TD and Oki, after going through the troubleshooting in the manual, to find out the printer was not going be fixed by anything I could do externally. The second one was sent and it does seem to function, so far. I am a bit disappointed with the black output but for the price, it is an okay utility printer. |

Any company truest test is when something goes wrong. When the printer worked, it works well.
Internal board problem, ultimately fixed.
Total Page Count 1700 and the drum went bad 1 month before Warranty Expired. Drums have a average life of 5000 or more pages and some you will see 8000 or more. Defective drum they refused to fix.
Could I have sued; yes. Would I have won; yes. Is it worth the hassle, absolutely not.
Too many companies out there to play games with this one. Chose another product.
