Dependability
Exactly what I expected from Panasonic - the reason I selected this model to replace our 25 year old Panasonic - quality, performance. Did not disappoint!

Replaced my 20 year old Panasonic phones
This item is the closest I could find to my old Panasonic sets that were just wearing out. Hard to find a phone with multiple programmable numbers, no caller ID, and two lines with hold and conference features. These are the features I need for my small business. I didn't want to buy more expensive phones with features we don't use. Handset volume needed some adjustment, sounded tinny at first, but the adjustment buttons are right on the front of the unit. LCD screen is easy to read. Have had two of these phones for a month. They work great for a small business, easy to set up, perfect replacement for the old ones. I don't expect them to last 20 years though, nothing made these day does. I'm giving these a good review for the price paid.
