awesome laptop
this laptop is really quick, no lag time. i upgraded the memory to the max of 8 gigs, seemed to help out the graphics quite a bit on some games. the case almost doesn't show fingerprints at all! i've been working with it every day for a month now, only thing i can find bad is that if i start it up with a mouse plugged in, it wont recognize it until i've logged in. works fine if i plug it in when on the log in screen though?!?! also, after a lot of playing and updating of drivers, the sound is AWESOME for a laptop! would definately recommend

Very happy with my Samsung Laptop
Great price point! Used to have a Toshiba Satellite, and it cost a couple hundred dollars more. This is more powerful and faster for a lot less money.

I agree, great bang for the buck!
I read a comment somewhere, perhaps on this site that in the writer's opinion the speakers on this laptop were cheap sounding. Maybe that person got a lemon, since the speakers on my laptop are clearly the best of the 6 or 7 laptops that I have owned over the years. This machine does everything I need it to do and more....it comes with a coupon to get Windows 8 for a small fee, but to be honest I'm not interested in a new OS - 7X64 is great for my purposes. Thus far I am extremely pleased with this Samsung - nice looking and fast!

Decent Laptop for the Price
Should be a bit faster considering the CPU's clock speed, I recommend adding 2 more GB of RAM so it is less likely to bottleneck when running multiple applications simultaneously. Overall, decent laptop to use for multiple purposes.

High Potential for Out of Box Failure
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in Samsung quality and Customer Service. I thought this was a great deal but couldn't find this model in a store, so I decided to risk ordering it online. My notebook arrived with an out of box failure that I tried to fix for several days. Every time the unit went into sleep mode, it would lose the wireless adapters. This is a KNOWN ISSUE with Qualcomm hardware. I have been dealing with Samsung CS for 3 weeks with no satisfaction, and have been told my only option is to WAIT. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Bluetooth and Wifi
Hi, Please somebody tell me what bluetooth radio and wifi radio the unit comes with. Is it Intel Centrino for both or is it Atheros or Broadcom? Please look in Device manager and post here.Would be of great help. Even Samsung techs don't know if it has Atheros or Intel Centrino. I want this system. Thanks
