This phones are left overs. They are unlock but have T mobile software. I had no trouble converting to AT&T works great with headphones nice little MP3 player has micro sd card so you can use at least 2 gig card 2 gig cards are cheap $10 and will hold plenty of music and picture 1.3 camera with flash make taking pictures easy. Check with your carry before ordering This is only a 3 ban phone

Overall the phone works great. It does what we wanted it to do. The only issues I had with it were the fact that the navigation stick is locked in the up position which makes it a task to navigate. The other was that the text messaging was stuck to spanish and we could not send or receive picture messages. With a little determination and some calls to our provider though the phone works great now. You can't expect everything to be perfect when you shop for such great deals. Overall great buy.

After numerous attempts, phone wouldn't work. Initial enthusiasm significantly lost. Happy with Tigerdirect, disappointed with Motorola.

2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet.
