Great notebook for the value. Liked it enough to order a second one. Dump the Vista Basic at the first opportunity. Either downgrade to XP or load W7 as soon as it is available. Quality and performance are 4's because I havn't has it long enough to give it a 5 |

The audio for this laptop is very inconsistent. It will be working fine and then not work at all. It sounds like I might have a bad sound card that may have been damaged in shipping. I was told I have 30 days to exchange it. Who do I contact for this? |
