Not compatible with my processor fan

The product is ok to an extent well the fan hook ups are not copatible with my AMD 6100 fan that is a 4pin and the contrler only has 3pin scratch that hook up and the tape that comes with it for the probes doesn't stick to anything but the probes and that barely works and the tape strips are very small and you only ge 3 strips one for each probe so scratch that if you need to remove or replace a part.

Effective fan controller

The unit was easy to install, however, I had to guess which thermocouple and which power supply related to each other. Labeling was nonexistent. I had to replace with higher quality product. Not a bad product, but moderate quality. Looks cool on front of case.

You get what you pay for.

Items is as described. It was cheap and easy to install takes less than 10 minutes. CONS Unit does not keep the temperature set to show in Fahrenheit once powered down it defaults back to Celsius. This last con is not something you find in all the products I'm sure I got a defective unit I did not want to unhook all the thermal probes routed to my CPU ,GPU,and other heat sinks from my system just to return the unit for a RMA. One Fan3 or the display on the far right of the fan RPM has a issue. Turn on the PC and this unit's 3rd fan stays at 0000 RPM and beeps notifying you you have a fan that is not working, no matter what fan I try it does this and at the time it says 0000 RPM and beeping the fan connected is in fact spinning as it should to get it working just tap lightly underneath the bezel of that display area.

The tape does suck. I thought it would hold, and right now it technically is, but it will probably fall off soon or something. Electrical tape I guess will be used... Other than that, it's a really good deal. Only 3-4 degrees off what speedfan says. Just make sure your fans are 3 pin like it says, otherwise all you bought was a temp reader.

Not worth the 18 bucks

It does work, however there is no option to manually control the fans. It has a sound monitor and if you make too much noise in the background it sets off the alarm... VERY ANNOYING!!! Will be tossing this one and ordering a much better unit ... GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Does what it says

The installation was pretty simple. Even though it doesn't allow direct control of your case fans I do like the fact that it will automatically adjust fan speed according to the computers temperatures.

works good for temp readings

Works as advertised but you have to set it from Celsius to Fahrenheit every time you boot up.You can't control the fan speeds and the instructions are useless. It does look very nice and is a breeze to install though.

simple and cheap

Does what it is supposed to. Agree with other review about the tape.

Good little unit

Works pretty good, looks alright, does the trick it also has a noise meter on it in the center, wich is not advertised anywhere, bonus!,, came fast and worked flawless, wide viewing angle, worth buying
