With the freedom to access the Internet wherever a 3G mobile network is available, the MobilSpot™ offers true mobility for on-the-go users. This 3G wireless router can be used to connect to any available 3G mobile network around the world. Create a private network and share an Internet connection or network resources at home, in meetings, in the car, in remote areas or public transport or take it on holiday and stay connected wherever mobile network coverage is available. The MobilSpot™ is 802.11b and 802.11g compliant and also supports Super G data transmission speeds. The router features wireless WEP, WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK authentication with TKIP/AES encryption as well as advanced double firewall protection when connected to the Internet. It also provides port-forwarding, SSID enable/disable, MAC address filtering, VPN pass-through for secured data transmission and other wireless router functions. The MobilSpot™ features an easy to use Web-based configuration user interface and utility tool. It supports various connection protocols such as static IP, dynamic IP (DHCP client), dynamic IP with Road Runner Session Management, PPPoE, unnumbered PPPoE, unnumbered PPPoE+NAPT, Multi-Session PPPoE, L2TP, PPTP and 3G to connect to ISPs.
