Good deal
The noise cancellation works surprisingly well. The sounds s overall pretty good, but it could be better in the highs and lows.

Quality
These are well built steel frame headphones. They kill outside sound the old fashion way, and they do a good job of it. The audio quality is good (but not great). If you want to listen to classical music get something else. These would be great in a loud environment, or for playing computer games.
