This thing runs great so far. I built a new computer upgrading from a duo core. I have barely touched the full processing power this thing is capable of. It runs cool in my Cooler Master Nvidia edition case. |

I have this CPU overclocked to around 3.4GHz, air cooled. They run great, no complaints. |

I upgraded to this (along with a new motherboard and RAM) from a Pentium D 2.8 GHz dual core. Needless to say the performance increase in gaming and everything I do skyrocketed. The stock fan isn't the greatest so if you want to overclock get something better. It was barely maintaining 43C idle at the max (6000) RPMs. Fantastic CPU though. |

I love it as a upgrade from a core 2 duo. I cranks out movies in a flask and runs like a demon. |
