It's a little more expensive than others that I see after I bought it. The one I have has a remote and this one doesn't. Not a big deal though. It was difficult to understand the directions when setting the time and date. The directions are not real clear. Overall a nice frame. |

Their previous version had more inputs and a remote. Those were nice. This one's not bad, though. |

Shouldn't say "can't", because the other GiiNii frames we bought had remotes, but I bought this for my wife at work, and she'll never touch it except to turn it on and off, so I wasn't worried about the features or ease of use for her.
I found the menus less than intuitive, and somewhat lacking, but not unmanagable.
1. I couldn't set the transition to 'none' and the transitions seem choppy and slow... in my opinion it detracts from the viewing experience.
2. Had to do all the planning ahead of time. I sized, rotated and sorted all the pictures on the computer and then dumped them to the card in order to get the device to show them in the order I wanted (a timeline of our children)
3. The power plug would fall out every time I moved the frame on my desk 'til I figured out how to wedge it into the hole in the stand.
For the price, these inconveniences didn't bother me much. The device will live a simple life of on/slideshow/off on my wife's desk from this point forward. |
At $29 you can't go wrong !!!

The features and frame design make this one of the best 7 inch frames on the market and this store shoul make this a standard item on their product list. The beveled frame will fit any decore. |

This is a very good digital frame. The screen is bright and clear, the functions are excellent, the SD Feature works great. It is a great buy.
The plastic around the screen is not that designer. It is very basic but it adds elegance to any setting that you may have. |

NUMBER OF IMAGES STORED ON A DIGITAL CARD
The number of
pictures you can take varies depending on your camera model and complexity
of the scene being photographed. To calculate how many pictures your card
can hold, divide the capacity of your card by the average file size of your
images. For example, if you have a 256MB card, and use a camera that has an
average file size of 1.2MB, then 256 divided by 1.2 gives you approximately
213 pictures. As you change modes on your camera, the number of images will
increase if you shoot in a lower resolution mode, and decrease if you shoot
in a higher resolution mode. |
