Super Great Printer
Printer works great in a small business setting. We use an inexpensive software package that allows setting up email address and fax numbers at each work station. Delivery and customer service excedded expections.

Excellent product
Straight forward setup, excellent quality print, copy and scan (did not use fax). Number of buttons (programmable functions) may be intimidating to some. Recommend.

Fantastic business printer
This is our second of the bigger Brother MFC units. The first (8860DN)is 5 years old and still performing like a champ. This unit is faster, more precise than the first. Two awesome business features: - Fax Forward. This option allows us to have all inbound faxes automatically forwarded to an internal email address rather than a printed copy. - Scan to email. I can scan a document directly to an email address and it is sent as a PDF. This is great for working with confidential documents! We love this printer and have not had any issues with trey selection or label melting.

Does not meet needs or expections
This is my first laser printer as well as Brother product. I find the copy quality and print quality poor and the machine will not recognize when the multipurpose tray is being used. I am forced to empty the automatic tray in order for the printer to print from the MP tray. The machine also runs extremely hot and does not print labels well at all. The machine practically melts the label page. Unfortunately for me, I can not return this item as I no longer have the box. Ink jets may cost more in the long run but they are tried and true.
