this unit is great! lots of stations, remote works well, good sound off internet channnels

Great product!

I live in the coastal mountains and have never had good radio reception - until now. I am still not used to hearing the radio without all the static. It's wonderful! Setup was very easy and the receiver works great. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an alternative to traditional radio reception.

Excellent Product

Setup was a breeze, connected and started streaming internet radio in minutes. Menu is easy to understand. The sound quality is great, I especially love the Equalizer settings. I highly recommend this product.

More than I thought

I was not quite ready to run a wire LAN connection when I purchased this and then found in looking over the instructions that my wireless router could be set to deliver music and still maintain security. The wire is still coming but there is no rush now. The favorites list makes it easy to get to the music I want. There is a small tick-tick in the music, but I think wire will get rid of that.

Good overall performer,lousy remote

I am happy overall but with the exception of the remote. It has no range and has to be pointed directly at the unit from a few feet away. Plus I agree with my fellow reviewers that the owners manual needs help. Nowhere is there a description of the function of the remote keys. I just pushed buttons and hoped for the best. I finally figured it out.

As expected

Follow instructions and all worked as advertised. Use it every day. Great item as usual from here!

Watch for the word

It says radio on most of the advertising. I assumed a speaker was part of a radio. Not so. This unit needs a separate form of amplification to function. As a standalone bedside unit it does not make it. EXTREMELY POOR manual. There is a reference in the manual to an Alarm Function. I still have not found it. However, yes it does pull in lots of stations but so do lots of $20 USB sticks.

thought i would get more radio stations in the W.I. (Jamaica) but got 2 and there are not that good. but at least i can hear diffrent music, not too good on Africa stations either

Do not waste your money!

this is a complete waste of money. No phone support and the product is cheap junk. Manual is a joke!

I can get my classic rock stations!!!!!!!!!

I had to return a $100.00 FM antenna because it would not pick up my favorite classic rock station. The Aluratek works great!
