Died after two months

As with many others my unit died after two months in a dramatic fashion befitting a fourth of July display, followed by the sweetly nauseating smell of burning electronics. The unit was decent while it lasted. and seemed to run pretty well. The cords are slightly stiff and I wish the sleeving on them was up to par with the cords of another major brand - that starts with a C. The PSU, well mine at least, has plastic inserts for the Molex connectors as you would expect, but you can actually remove them if you are not careful or your cables have a snug fit Molex. I didn't like this. I have sent in a request for RMA. I guess they are in Ohio, and with Sandy recently past, who knows. I hope they are all OK.

Worth the money

This PSU is awesome and you'll have enough cords to power any addition to any PC. It runs very quiet with a sound dampener to cushion vibrations against the case. I would highly recommend it for the money.

Die Squid, Die!

Most Manufactures produce power supplies that provide stable power. This power supply does the same thing. What's great about this supply is it's modularity allowing for a simplified installation and cleaner appearance inside the computer case. My old supply had what seemed like a thousand extra cables and wires in the case producing an electrical calamari dish that was a real pain to control. This supply definitely does it's job with a minimum of fuss.

Nice PSU

So far so good. Very nice kit with everything you need. Came with zip ties. Mounted easily. Nice storage bag. A little overpriced, but puts out plenty of power for everything I've trown at it.

DOA Ultra Power Supply, these guys mades it good

This is a nice quiet supply with plenty of power for the newer MB's and Chips. Unfortunately mine arrived DOA (Big box and only paper cushioning) Sent it back and the new one arrived fine (same packing though) This ULTRA series comes with a host of nicely wrapped PS Supply cords and the silciondamper and nylon ties to neaten up your install. There's enough power in this to run a host of drives and auxiallary items on your USB's etc. This unit runs quiet and a great value for the money... Tobad about the DOA which made me provide a 3 on quality.

Only one little gripe

Awesome power supply with lots of really nice options, but I just wish they hadn't put that X4 design on the side that would face out when mounted on the bottom of a case. Other than that, awesome PSU, worth every penny.
