I have bought plenty of computers through my life, some new and some refurbished. This has been one of the best ones I have purchased in a long long time. I upgraded to Windows 7 and it has plenty of power, ram and storage. Can't beat the price. |

I bought this for my sons home. He was out of town for a couple of weeks after I ordered it. So he has only been using it for a couple of weeks. It could not find the modem. So I opened up the case and found that the modem was lose. I reseeded it and it was found as soon as I rebooted. However while I had the unit open I noticed the cooling fan was very dusty. I would assume it would have been cleaned from being refurbished. It is too early to know if anything else will go wrong, but I did buy the extended warranty. If I find any other problems I will repost.So far all is good. |

I got this computer for a great deal, or so I thought. The third day I had it, the machine crashed and said no operating system found and would not boot. After that and ordering free restore disc replacements from the retailer, it has ran fine since. They only charged me for the shipping. Very nice customer service too! It came with vista and a upgrade to windows 7 for free at the time. Have had no problems since. Good machine, the only problem is the hard drive size for my software. Easily upgradable though. Great home machine for typical everyday usage! |
