Very good scanner
This is a really nice scanner - LED, instant on, no power cable (since it's USB powered), fast, and 35mm film attachment included (which is a mini-scanner on its own). I was a bit disappointed to learn that the 9600 dpi only apply to the film scanner (otherwise it has 4800x4800 dpi), but as long as you're ok with that, this is a fine product.

Good but gone
I loved this scanner and it did an excellent job of scanning my artwork for my own records and reproduction. Sadly, after about a year and a half, it died all jammed up. Wish I bought the extra service contract...

Very nice
Easy setup in XP Pro 32 bit. Power from USB, so no power supply brick. One button operation for copy, scan, pdf, email. I don't use the email, so I can't say how well it works. Fast, quiet. Has a little stand underneath if you stand above the device. Comes with 35mm slide scanner, haven't used it yet. Great value, easy to use, lots of features, small and light for travel, perfect color.

Almost perfect
Worked fine. Took two downloads of driver. Software was complicated for me at first. A seasoned computer user will do okay. It is fast. No problems. Worth what it costs. If I were a pro probably would give 5 stars.

Works with Mac, Difficult Software, Good Value
I bought this for use with a Mac running OS10.5. Works well, fast scan rate, easy setup. Software a bit of a kluge - difficult to find the settings I am used to - and multiple screens to navigate. Nice to have no additional power cord - takes power from USB. Overall a very good scanner for the price.

Great deal, great performance
I use this for month now. Great performance. Multi scan into single PDF file, saves time and helps organizing files in digital format. My desk is much cleaner. I have 64bit computer with Windows XP x64. Can't install software using setup files. Go directly to .exe files and execute them without checking for Windows version. Works well. I have other scanners and this one is the best, fast so far. Strongly recommended product.

Great features for the money
Besides the ability to scan standard documents it has attachments that allow the user to scan Film Negatives. It is fast and its output is very high quality.
