Great Tool
This is a great tool and is very much necessary for those of us need to direct prints from more than one computer to a printer. However, this product works sporadically. It is quite frustrating when you are in a hurry but it works, it is great.

worked sometimes but not always!!
installed easily but was not reliable. was using with regular office computer and a hp set up with retaurant software set to run reports at four am which would not switch automaticly every time.

disappointed
I'm not a teckie - just someone who wants a printer switch. The ad had all the right answers, but the product didn't work. one port was active but I never got it to work properly. I read in other reviews that this happened to oterhs and that there is some kind of ritual to go through with software, icons, etc.

This product works great!
This works as described, the instructions could be a little clearer. Just install the software on each computer, then click the ball in the notification area, which will put a gold ball on the taskbar, double click the ball a dialog box will appear on your desktop. Click the drop-down list and choose your printer, do on each computer and you are set to go. The instructions could be a little more helpful, but it works great!
