Cant go wrong for a beginner on sound system. I looked around for a system but couldn't find what I wanted. Lokked for a system that is 5.1, hdmi compatible, to 1080p a plus, digital sound, coaxial and analog, and the number one thing. affordable. Had it for a year now and has been great Thanks

I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. I needed this receiver for my television (surround sound)it more than meets my expectations. I can hear the highs,lows;sound separation and sometimes jumping from the realistic sound effects. I may not have spent a million for it but it sure sound like It ! Couldn't beat it for the price.

Very nice design with easy set up. This is the 3rd home theater in a box that I have purchased and it is by far the best. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that the HDMI is pass through which means youll have to connect the audio to the reciever another way. Another bad thing is that they give you 3 HDMI inputs but only 2 optical inputs. Other than that it is a great system.

I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I am very happy with this sound system. For a one bedroom apt it is perfect!!! Maybe for a home a little more power would be recommended but it is perfect for a spacious one bedroom.

I am using for three weeks and it produces great sound for a big leaving room. I wish they had provided stand for the speakers. It does not switch between composite and component i.e if you input using composite cable then you can not take output from component. May be all recievers work like this. I have not tested HDMI, I use it with a standard TV using composite cable. This is my first home theater system. Overall its a good product.
