Got this phone to replace my damaged motorola v3. Best buy I have made in a whlile wonderful palm os very user frienldy.IF YOU GET THIS PHONE BE SURE TO GET THE 4 GIG MICRO SD CARD runs all palm apps perfectly this is worth the price. |

I ordered and received this phone about two weeks ago. The shipping was prompt: Thank You!
The phone was is advertised, new, in a factory sealed box will all accessories and unlocked. This telephone is a 'Grey Market' GSM unit from Europe. It will work in any number of languages, including English with any US/Canada/EU/Asian GSM cell phone provider. Problems? As a 'Grey Market' item, Palm will not support it and you will have only a 30 day warrenty from the supplier. Palm did register it on line with the telephone's S/N without a problem though. As an 'EU' telephone the firmware automatically dials '112' as it's emergency number rather than '911' as is customary in the US. You just have to remember to manually dial 911! Other than that, the phone is a bargain. |

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT DEFECTIVE RETURNS ON CELL PHONES:
Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
