Simple and Easy!
Only have one complaint about this stand. It should be a few inches taller. It doesn't give me the best viewing angle even at the highest position.

Sturdy!
I was a little concerned when I bought this because I thought it might wobble or tip over easily. Shouldn't have worried - this thing is solid metal, heavy and sturdy. Highly recommended

Easy to assemble, sturdy and easy to adjust
No complaints. Put it together in 5 minutes. It's rock solid and adjusts easily to the millimetre.
