Not a Good Option for Schools
I run our computer lab at school where students use headphones for RosettaStone. I have two different types of headsets and this brand hasn't met my expectations. I was hopeful because the earphones are big and roomy and the boom can be adjusted, but the rubber plastic piece at the end of the boom peels away to expose wires, and the USB connector is too big for the area where its plugged in. The connection is intermittent and the students lose connection. They do not hold up to the rigors of a computer lab environment and while they are priced well, they just don't hold up. I bought 30 of them over the summer and I have only 12 that are still working 6 months into the school year. :-(

easy setup and comfortable
plug and play, that easy. Has a built in mute feature when you raise the talk arm. Plenty of volume and comfortable to wear for hours (fairly light). Overall, i'd buy another set if this one goes out.

Ok
Too heavy - Need mute button on exterior of ear piece not a push up boom to mute. A mute button would make it easier to activate or deactivate. The raising of the mic boom is awkward. No ventilation in the earpiece cover so ears tend to get hot and uncomfortable while they are covered. Otherwise good sound quality. Noise cancellation for mic could be better.

Works great with few dislikes
The headset provides great sound for communication, gaming, movies, and music. The design of the headset is comfortable but I find that the ear pieces are too small and that my ears hurt after wearing the headset for awhile. It could be my ears or the headset, either way, an overall good product.

great sound
I liked the sound quality of the headset but wish it wasnt so bulky. The amount of plastic exaggerates the size and bulkiness.
