Worked with one computer but not the new Laptop
Bought specifically for presenting from the laptop, but it will not sync. Got it to sync on a desktop older model running windows 7 but will not with new laptop running windows 7. The USB is very thin and flimsy and was nervous about bending it once in the slot.

Green Laser Pointer Makes Presentation Stands Out
The main reason I bought this is its green laser. We have the regular red laser and its fading out causing difficult to recognize in distance. Many other green laser are pricey and we found this one. Works great and we use its presentation mode sometimes, good product in all.

Pretty complicated
I bought this for class presentations and it worked OK out of the box after reading the directions to sync the remote. However it is not as simple as a forward backwards remote.Returning it for another remote. Green laser is bright but not easy to figure out how to turn on. If you have to read the instructions it's too complicated!

Worked once-got stuck in media mode-had to return
I used this for a large meeting and it was terrific. The green laser is bright and appealing, and it advanced through the PPT from any distance. Unfortunately, you have to toggle between

Great value and design
I bought this presenter with laser pointer about 3 weeks ago. My co-worker had a presenter by targus and that thing always stopped working half way through a presentation and would throw us off track, plus I found the small size hard to handle. With this Hiro presenter, the size is great, it's not too big that becomes a distraction, and it fits comfortably in your hand. The green laser pointer is bright and I feel shows up on the screen a lot better than a red one, plus i just think the green looks pretty cool and is something different! overall i love it. I did have to break the manual out to figure out how to work it, but that's not a big deal, you probably should always read through the manual. great product and this site's shipping was incredibly quick, arrived a day or two before it was suppose to!

Good value
I have had this remote for a month now and use it for presentations using both powerpoint and media. It has worked without problems and I have not had a problem with range.

Good Product
Pointer works as advertizes. Only issue is that the USB reciever can not be stored in the device as advertizes.
