Great deal, great system for my needs!
First one I received was damaged in shipping and blue screened on bootup. One call to Tiger and return shipping was free. Had my new system in 3 days, couldn't be happier.

Great product once it's up and running
Unpackaged it and hooked it up. It hung on boot so I had to send it back to H.P. Great service from them.Had it back in a week. C.D. drive wasn't recognized. Two calls to H.P. and it was resolved. No shipping costs. It's now doing great and I'm a happy camper. All totaled, it is a great buy for the money.

So far, so good!
I really like this computer a lot, and I think it has the potential to make me forget any thoughts of a Mac. At this point, I haven't given it a real workout, so I've witheld the highest rating in a couple of areas until I really get into something hefty. I am a still photographer, but I do a bit of video work, and I think that with some memory upgrade, I should be able to really edit almost anything I turn out seemlessly and with good results. For stills there are no issues. There is one thing I don't like and that is the power button on top of the unit. Even though it has a guard, one of my cats who likes to perch on warm CPUs and watch birds in the marsh that my computer room looks out on, has managed to step on the button and turn it off mid-operation! I know they designed the unit to be floor or lower cabinet-mounted, but for my purposes, this may be a significant downside.
