Love it
I'm a huge Zune fan. I upgraded from my old brown 30 gb model, which I bought refurbished. While my old one would freeze up once in a while, I had no other problems with it, and it's still going 3 years later. Battery is still going strong as well, which I know was an issue with Ipods. This seems to be of the same quality, but obviously I haven't owned it as long. It's thinner than the older model, which may present a compatability issue if you have docking stations or other devices configured for the older model. I have a docking station (which has speakers, so I can use the Zune like a radio at my desk, without headphones), and this fit slightly differently than the older model. I had to pop out a plastic bracket to fit the new one in. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Only gripe is that the screen seems to be a magnet for fingerprints. A clear plastic cover is recommended. Battery lasts well over an hour (the longest I've used it). Great price & quality

Excellent PProduct and Value
Completely pleased with this purchace, have uploaded 5 full lenght movies and it performs excellent, have loaded songs, but my primary use is video. Avatar loads in 2 parts because of the lenght of the movie, other than the zune 120GB is just super.

Great Product!!!!
I refuse to own an apple product, and I needed something with a large amount of space. The Zune delivers!!! 120GBs of space, is plenty for me, and its actually smaller then my 30gig Zen its replacing. The screen is bright, and easy to navigate, I also got a Zune Dock for it, and with the harmony remote I have you can control the player, I have it attached to my surround sound. Great Product!

Great Product
This is a great product if you're a music buff. You can put thousands of songs on here and so much more. I've only had a few minors issues with it, and that's not really with Zune itself but the Zune program online. Overall, it's definitely a good item to have if you're looking for a portable alternative to carrying around hundreds of cds.
