Yup, found a dead fan after it cost me a 2TB WD HD
If I can get instructions and specs I will pay for top quality fans and replace them myself.

Tiny fans fail
The small fans on the back of these enclosures do not do well in a dust or lint prone environment. They will seize up and cause the drives to overheat quickly.

Just as advertised - great value
This is a very simple no frills drive rack. We use them for internal use, not for our main servers. It makes adding and removing drives very easy with no need to reboot.
