This printer seems to have an inherent problem with the paper feed detection. The printer repeatedly displays the load-new-paper error when there is plenty of paper in the feed tray. It does not matter if the feed tray is full or half full; the same error keeps popping up. I never know if the print task I send will print or not, 30% of the time it fails to print.
Outstanding machine!

The head office "went paperless" and I needed a machine that would scan packets of documents that I could then email from my home office to the head office.
This machine has worked flawlessly. Also is a good fax machine, though I haven't figured out how to get it to receive faxes in legal size format. Will handle legal size paper, and can send in legal size.

Got Print Media For Your Printer? What is Print Media? Print media
consists of paper, envelopes, cardstock, overhead transparencies, and labels
that are used with printers. Basically, Print Media is anything you print
on.
Printers are
characteristically required to handle print media of various paper types.
When it comes to choosing the right media (paper) for the job, consider two
key factors: the type of document you plan to create and the technology you
plan to use. Image and overall document quality depends on using the correct
paper type for the particular printing job and the equipment to be used.
