Expensive Shredder Won't Even Start
I read and re-read the instructions and looked for the switch that turns on the machine. No luck. Went online. Come to find out, my machine with the same model number lacks the switch to turn it on. Plus, the basket that the shredder attachment sits on is very flimsy. I have to pick up the basket and bang it against the floor to get the machine to turn on and shred. I bought it due to the Fellowes name. Hah. Never again. Too late to return. And it won't shred 11 pieces of paper, but does okay on maybe four at max.

Great General Purpose Home Shredder

Quiet, but Strong!
I purchased this Brothers Shredder here. It was our first shredder, and I was impressed by its power and how quiet it is. Many shredders I've used at work are VERY noisy. I can always depend on a good value here!!!

The shredder works well and does what it says. The only thing not included is oil to lubricate it. Would purchase same product again.

Wonderful
Fellowes W-11C Powershred Cross Cut Shredder has performed perfectly for me, although I have been using it only a month now. It shreds staples and envelopes without any problems. I am completely happy with the product and would recommmend it to anyone with occasional shredding needs.

Works like a charm!
Setup was simple, and I got the shredder up and running in less than a minute (it took me longer to open the box than it took to get the thing put together). Shreds exceptionally well for my purposes which is for home use.
