Crashed in 3 months
Value was great but it died in three months. The replacement was a refurbushed drive which also died. Going to stay with Western Digital
Good Deal
Dell wanted more for a 160 gig. It was up and running in a 3 year old Inspiron 1525 in no time flat. The inspiron recognized the drive at full capacitiy, I only had to install vista again and that was done from dvd disk.
Quality drive
Purchased as a replacement for a crashed laptop drive.
Fast, quiet and low power consumption.
Works great and for the price, it's nice to have the additional storage capacity.
Great Drive at a Great Price
Bought this drive to replace smaller drive in new Toshiba laptop. It is quick, quiet and no problems. I was so impressed, I bought another one for backup. Put it in an external enclouser and it runs just like the other one. I would recommend this drive to anyone.
