I could have done better
The Good - Works as promised. Chrystal Clear reception and my clients aren't aware I am on a headset. I really love this device, especially when used with the phone lifter. The Bad - I wish I could send a picture of my headset-stand duck-taped to my desk. Since there is is no way to anchor it, whenever I opt to use the handset instead I pull the entire unit off the desk crashing to the floor. The recharging lights are poorly placed in behind the headset where you can't see them without getting 2
