The instructions were a bit hazy, but through trial and error I installed the mini-dvd software and selected the let windows manage the connections (and not Ralink). It found my wireless instantly and hasn't skipped a beat. That's the best advice I can take, Shirley. |

The performance is great. It took a lot of trying to get Vista to recognize it. Been working great ever since. |

This card is supposed to be 300, never got more than 20 to 100, bouncing all of the time, up and down. I was only 20 feet from my router, so it should have been full bore on send and receive. Don't waste your money with it. |

This product installed without a problem on my XP desktop, even though the instructions were incorrect. I should have thrown the instructions away and just installed the card in the first place! The card works great and I get excellent reception from my wireless network. |

Tried for days installing and uninstalling drivers with no luck. Purchased a EnGenius wireless USB adapter and connected instantly. I will be returning this item. |
