I had no problem with the download and from experience you need to update the map frequently, since roads change. When I was finished, the unit would not turn off. I called the company and she said just hold the

Great for my new Garmin
I priced upgrades for the refurbished Garmin I bought from this site, and they were expensive so I decided to purchase the Lifetime. Glad I did. Took a long time, for my first upgrade but very happy. Upgraded fine and will upgrade when I need to thanks to this acct. Easy, just put in a code with Garmin and that was it

NOT happy with Garmin
If I'd have known that Garmin would charge as much for an update as the cost of the unit, I would have looked elsewhere. Lifetime update is non-transferable. If your unit dies, the update won't work on the replacement.

A great price
It was time for my husband and I to update our Garmins so I bought 2 of these. We have both used them and everything went very smoothly. It took approximately 2 hours to do the update on each Garmin, so we started the update and did something else while it was updating. You can update your Garmin up to 4 times a year. I would definitely recommend this to friends, family or anyone else.

Excellent Value
Beats paying for annual purchasing at 70 or so dollars! Just know that any upgrade from Garmin will be a LARGE download and take quite a bit of time (hrs. with satellite IP). I let it download overnight.

Card codes easily connects to computer and information is easily downloaded into GPS. Has worked out great.

Easy to update
The update is easy to access and installs without issue but the download from Garmin is VERY slow. The new map replaced the old map so no additional memory was required.

Why wouldn't you?
For this price, to get 4 updates per year for the life of the unit...why not? Easy to activate and the Zumo is good to go, again!!
