OCZ Flex EX PC16000 2000MHz 4GB DDR3 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit
The Flex EX modules are optimized for the latest cutting-edge platforms and will be available in 4GB (2x2048MB) dual channel kits for ultimate bandwidth. As one of OCZ's legendary Enhanced Bandwidth (EB) editions, the Flex EX 4GB kit increases effective memory bandwidth through the optimization of memory latencies between the system memory, the chipset, and memory controller, resulting in the ideal balance of speed and enhanced timings.
The OCZ Flex EX heat management solution enables high-frequency memory to operate within an optimal balance of extreme speeds and low latencies without the high temperatures that inhibit or damage the module. Each Flex EX memory module features this breakthrough thermal management technology from OCZ, combining an effective new heatspreader design with integrated liquid injection system and dedicated channels directly over the module’s Ics in a thinner form factor. This latest series was engineered with a unique “flexible” design to give enthusiasts the option to run the modules passively or water cooled via the array of aluminum fins, and the concurrent use of both options promotes maximum heat dissipation.

worst customer service ever
One stick did not work. The RMA process is so bad that my computer would have to be down for another week while I sent BOTH sticks of RAM to them AT MY EXPENSE. I couldn't afford to have my computer down for that long and they would not do anything to help me. Big 'thumbs down' for OCZ, their product, attitude, and customer service. I will never purchase anything from OCZ again.

headache
that's all I got out of this RAM and the loss of 300 plus bucks! 790i Q6600 G0 stepping 3.6ghz 3 gtx280xxx 870mhz 1000w psu everything liquid cooled

Worked like a charm. I have the 2 x 2048 MB 240 Pin 2000MHz DDR 3 and did not have a bit of problems. The 2 GB chips means I still have 2 open slots where I can add more later on. They can be water cooled, but do not have to be. I have the option for water cooling if I want it later on, but they work fine with just my air cooled system right now.
