This is a Gateway machine but not supported by Gateway. No customer service. Does not burn Dual Layer DVD as stated. No help from Gateway.Will not burn backup media on DVD. Labelflash DL media seems not available at this time. Burns Single Layer fine. Very fast machine.

Good machine and great value. Would have given it full fives for features and quality if it had come with the Windows Vista disc, a DVI and a S-video output. I installed another HD, and it was easily recognized by the BIOS and the device manager, but could not be seen by Vista without rebooting it with the Vista installation disk. I used another video card in the PCIe slot for my DVI output.

Great Item. Computer is so fast! Plugged it in an d got right online blazing fast. I do not know what this other bozo is talking about.

This system is not out dated and is very fast. The psu is a bit light and it is going to be a single card system. But for me that was no big deal. Ignore other poster with 1 gt 9600 card got 5.6 windows expierence with graphics being lowest.

With mini tower and 1 PCi-e x16 slot and built in graphics you just asking for trouble.
Cheap yes but where is the monitor.
Simply not worth it.
6 GB of memory is great and Vista 64 bit...but I surely would not purchase it. Outdated machine.
