The phone is really simple and lacks any advanced features. I don't know why Samsung chose to put Windows 5.0 when they are barely making use of it.
It works OK as a basic phone, but you can get a much cheaper one with the same or better functionality. |

When I received it,It seems to be locked on AT&T,I got help from customer service later They are friendly guid me how to set up to fit my sim,

You roll the dice when you order from PDA Giant... I ordered this phone and recieved it quickly but the phone was NOT UNLOCKED. I tried contacting PDA Giant customer service by email, and they did not respond. I tried calling them, and was transferred to shipping (???), then transfered somewhere else and hung up on while still on hold. PDA Giant is a two-bit operation, and they are very unprofessional. They don't have a website and their customer service hours suck. Avoid them if you can.
I will probably now have to pay an additional $30 to have this phone unlocked by a third party. |

I have bought 5 of this phones because everytime I give them as gifts. The only problem is that I dont know how to make it to work with internet connection but I love it. Am even happier that the prices keep going down. |

I received my new Samsung Blackjack about a week ago, it was a great phone while it lasted, i dont know what happend. I have alot of experience with computers and phones and i updated this phone to the new windows mobile 6. Worked great for a long time. But now the phone is dropping calls and there is static on the other end. I will be sending this phone back to PDA Giant to be replaced. The contents of the box were sad. I was given a data cable which worked great, but the wall charger that came with it must have been used as a display or something, because it was grey, burned, and had teeth marks all over it. I would be very cautious when buying another PDA Giant phone. I will most likely not shop this way again. |

Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
