easy and for me it had to be!!!
It was only munites until they sent me an e-mail with the info I needed to download and pass word stuff. It only took 2 hours for the total back up. One on line service quoted 6 days and no system info saved for me. Partitions are over my head and I doubt if that fact hurt me at all.

Did just what I needed to upgrade from a 80GB to a 160GB laptop hard drive. Tutorial is misleading - you can't do multiple partition operations in a single step. However, manual pointed this out, and it was easy to use. Overall it was easy, affordable, convenient.
