my music sound thin in the midrange. would have sounded richer if it were made of wood, but i am not complaining at this price point.

Really nice looking speakers with good volume and above average sound at this price range. Recommend to all that need a boost for there PC sound system.

I'm pleased with the sound of the speakers. Only two things I'd change and they're mostly cosmetic: 1) the volume dial is difficult to hold snugly - it doesn't protrude far enough for people with fingernails and 2) the footprint is larger than I expected.

If you really like listening to your tunes... skip these. Good volume and design and appearance but the audio reproduction isn't the best. Fine for basic speakers.
