Plug and play.Unit has good response time.I use it for wireless headsets and to link my phone to my laptop.Has not failed to connect and I have not noticed any lag time. |

Have nevered used a BT unit before, but this one works fine. Data transfers seem slow, but no slower than I have experince doing other via bluetooth classes. |
