I liked the product, but I have had to return it 3 times. They don't I purchaced the warrenty and the Sansa does not honor, so you have to jump through hoops just to get it replaced. |

I bought this primarily for the video playback. Loaded a few movies and tv show recorded from TiVo. Used the TiVo application converting to
H.264 format. No issues, wife and I travel, it's a good little multimedia player. Not a lot of places that sell accessories but their are a few online. I would recommend. |

The device has buttons that are very easy to accidentally press which bc of a 2nd bad feature makes it almost impossible to use. You are only able to fast forward and rewind at a 9 second at a time clip. If i have a recording thats an hour long, and im 20 minutes into it, if the button gets accidentally pressed, its a ten minute process in order to get back to the spot where you let off. Incredibly inconvenient. Almost makes it not worth using. DEf. not worth buying. usually im a big fan of sansa, but this time they dropped the ball, and I can't find a warning about it anywhere in their literature |

I bought this for my wife for a stocking stuffer, but am having a good time loading music & pictures on it for her. My order was processed & delivered very fast and the unit arrived in near-perfect condition. So far, it has worked flawlessly. Why pay a lot more for an I-pod? |
