Vista 64 here, works for me. I did download latest software from amBX site. Awesome bargain for the sound quality and clarity. |

The ambx speakers are the best sounding speakers I've come across in a while. They keep up to any volume and the bass sounds great. Even though they are not top of the line, they would make any owner more than happy.
The lighting effects are a surplus. They look nice and bring ouhs and ahs but in the end they are mostly meant to play sound.
The only feature I would change is the requirement of being plugged into your computer by usb. This means you need a computer to play music and you can't just play off of an mp3 player. This pretty much pins these speakers to your computer room unless you have a computer in your living room for media capabilities.
Otherwise, awesome set for a very good price. Even after shipping and taxes. |

This system rocks. I purchased this system for music not for games. The sound is incredible and the lights are kind of cool. Set up was simple,Vista 64 bit operating system. Put the setting to surround sound, put on a live recording and you are right there in the crowd. My only question is do the make this unit with more power? Good enough to rock your bedroom or a small apartment, but I would like to rock down the house. Great Sound. Great Value. |

This doesn't work with Vista 64. They are in the works for making the software from what I've read but that's just from other on the web nothing from philips. |

The system for this went down in mid game, no lights or sounds. plugged in everything again and it worked but only 1 speaker would work, kept fooling with it and finally it all works again. It can be annoying to fiddle with your sound system but the lights and sound quality are very good. It's performance is a little lacking at times. |
