For some reason it only fits in one of my ears and not the other and the inflexible ear clip it comes with is kinda useless with my ear shape and size because it's a little too big. I can hear people just fine even with the lowest volume, however they state that they sometimes hear their own voice echoing and they hear too much and VERY LOUD background noise, even noises far from me that I can barely hear on the street. I don't even bother taking it outside anymore because the annoying noises they hear in both the quiet and busy streets of DC become the subject of the conversation, and this is with more than three people I've talked to!

I am using this device with a Samsung cell phone,which I like very much. However, I find a bit too much static and popping with this Bluetooth device, even when my cell phone is close to the unit. It does the job but it's not as good as the Motorola products I've used in the past.
