This battery is perfect for the Gateway 6000 Media Edition. I was a little afraid because I wasn't sure if it was an exact match but because of Tiger Directs detailed information on their products I was able to see online that it was an exact match and avoid buying a battery that I couldn't return because of the websites lack of information and accuracy.
