Let me start by saying, this is a nice product. The DVR works as stated by product description. However, there are a couple of things to consider, this product does require a monthly subscription to TiVo service and it requires a broadband connection. The dual tuners only process channels 1 through 99 on there own, if more channels are available from your provider you will have to use their products to access the higher channels. The product will work beyond the five or six-day grace period but you loose a lot of the functionality and you will receive constant reminders that your product needs to be activated. I would like to have known this prior to my purchase but I can only blame myself for that one. Over all, I am very pleased with this product and I cant believe how fast they got it to me. Just consider all of your options prior to purchasing this DVR. |
